Due to the level of work required within an assignment of this nature we would normally take a percentage of the anticipated fee upon agreement to continue. This initial investment guarantees commitment on both sides and covers some of the initial search costs.

• Candidate I.D. – We form a list of company names where your candidates may work currently (we can also combine this with some advertising,or alternative means of candidate sourcing to maximise the chances of getting the right person)

• Adam Butler Associates approach these “passive” candidates to qualify and engage them into the interview process.

• Arrange interviews / Assessment Centres

• Follow up and arrange 2nd stage interviews

• Negotiate offers, acceptance, resignation, counter offers

• Successful candidate commences employment in your business!
